Cecela Wilson BMGT-204-Brand Something I Know.

 When it comes to writing, I know that it allows you to freely express your thoughts. It allows you to get your feelings out and in a way that is not harmful to others and oneself. From years of experience, I've learned to what it how i think it. Since I love to write poetry, most of what I write will be in poem format. Full of rhyming words, schemes, and other jargon that I will understand. Even though we what others to maybe one day read our writing, we still want it to be original and our true selves. 


Below is a piece that Ive written that expresses my feelings and thoughts of how I was feeling that day. When you write, it can help take away some of the stress and help you put some things into perspective. 


Grabbing my throat,

There lies a lump that's caught in between my grasping and crying,

Heart raising as I type, stomach clenching.

Breathes being held as the levees that held in my tear flow exploded and erupt down my face 

Im rocking and I'm sharing 

What's happening 

Hand placed upon my chest 

That's steadily beating and stopping.

Im not thinking, and it's sad

I need to get over this feeling 

My sanity is wanning 


My poem called 8:20 -8:25am before work.
